Experience transcendent oneness with this uplifting and relaxing meditation music. “Transcendental Singing Bowls” takes you on a journey through three consciousness expanding Solfeggio carrier frequencies (285 Hz, 741 Hz, 963 Hz) that progress through binaural beats in three brainwave states – Theta, Delta and Epsilon. The included Himalayan singing bowls naturally produce monaural beats and harmonic overtones from Theta 4.39 Hz to 7.33 Hz.

This track is designed to be used before bed to help your brain start producing Delta and Epsilon waves. It could also be used immediately upon waking up, if you would like to experiment with lucid dreaming. Headphones are required to experience the binaural beats.

The versions without binaural beats can be used during the day, especially for relaxation and meditation. It still includes the singing bowls, which produce Theta waves.
